Goodness! I just deleted three years worth of updates on Covid protocols... whew! I will spare you. Just know that all along, I have been an 'err on the side of caution' type, and I am fully vaccinated. I believe in quelling the spread of Covid, I myself don't want to be sick, and I most definitely don't want you to be sick! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out!

Masking. I received the most recent Covid booster shot on October 17th, 2024. I do wear a mask while you are on the table when various virus rates are high and I am happy (seriously) to wear a mask outside of that if it makes you more comfortable! Otherwise, everyone (myself included) will be asked to follow MN Dept of Health Covid transmission rate guidelines. When Ramsey County is down to low transmission rates, we can opt out of our masks, if desired. When the rate is medium or high, all will be required to mask. Check the current transmission rate here.
